How to Reduce Inflammation

 
 
Many CFS patients have elevated C-Reactive Protein, evidence of infection or inflammation.

Turmeric, and pH alkaline eating.

Even something as simple as drinking baking soda + water (or going to the beach and breathing salt air) can increase one's pH.

Sick bodies need to get the acid out. Illness cannot thrive in a body @ Ph 7.4. Go to the health food store and buy little white test strips (think 6th grade science.)
